There will continue to be innovation and investment in Generative AI, but there will be far greater real world ROI gained from the application of Predictive AI. The hype around generative will lead to increased demand for predictive AI that optimises operations. Moreover, the current wave of generative AI in which a prompt generates content will start to give way to the next wave where large quantities of data are analyzed and synthesized into insight and ultimately augmented decisions.
